I have a 2004 vtx1300, and it does not show speed, I already changed the sensor and checked the cables, apparently it is not open, but it does not show speed, any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Check the 2 green connectors in the wiring boot under the tank, follow the wires from your dashpanel on the tank. The wires from the dash run toward back of tank and then loops around the tank mounting tab and heads back toward the front of bike, the connectors for the speedo/dash are in a rubber boot held in place with flexible stay. First thing to do is just wiggle the connectors and see if it starts working, not uncommon to lose connection there, if that doesn't work open the the connectors and inspect.
