it is weird.

3 of 4 running / clearance lights out.

All 4 turn signals work.

Oh and I'm suppose to do my M test Saturday (instruction Friday night)

Any thoughts direction or straight up fix appreciated.

you have 2 running lights ... fronts only
the brake/tail light is your rear light . no running lights at the rear.

so you have 1 running light out... replace the bulb. "EASY"

Turns out I learned what's been suggested above.

It was all to do with loose wiring. Guess a 16 yr old bike has rattled a bit over the years. That and quick connect connections.
