I made a mount for my passenger peg. I used a small drink cooler that I leave the lid off so any sized water bottle/pop bottle fit. Actually helps keep the drinks cooler longer.

If you are going to have some sort of can in the drink holder I wouldn't bother. Back in the day before it was illegal to have an open container in Texas, I would have a beer occasionally while cruising. Unless you are driving city speeds or can put your mouth over the entire hole and suck the liquid out, whatever you are drinking is pulled out by the vacuum and will stream past your cheeks into your ears. Very annoying.:beer:

i recently put on a cup holder as i like dunkin donuts coffee. It works great, the coffee comes with a "leak proof" lid on it and its handy to buy a cuppa at my favorite place, then ride to another place and enjoy drinking it with a friend. The type i put on is called Kruzer Kaddy.

Not sure the brand but I know that Ray (Big X) has one mounted on his highway bars (or at least I think he does).

Kruzer Kaddy here as well... But I dont have it on all the time. I only use it on long trips for bottled water to stay hydrated.

Also, heres a little tip. Dont use carbonated beverages. Opening the bottle after its been "vibrated" for a period of time makes one hell of a mess when opening at 70mph. Trust me.

I bought a Drink Holder at Target made for a Bicycle. Light Mod to it and it fit the 1 inch bar. Its Polished Aluminum. I mounted it in the Center of my bar so a water bottle sits on the Cap Nut. A Taped Cup is held in by the foam edge. Cans will NOT fit.

I just found a neoprene cover in the camping area at walmart and just put it behind the windsheild and next to the light. Rides fine there.
