My couple o' pennies--if you like it and want to do it, just do it. It doesn't matter what everyone else likes/thinks, only matters what you want and what makes you happy.

I love em! got 3 buds that hav em. looks awsome when riding up pch at night..i like chrome in day light why not night time.

I agree with Rich also. I've always valued others opinions, But I've always made the choices on my own. I have a couple of Green LEDs in my hypercharger. And I don't really care if anyone likes them or not. And as Rich says. I'm not out to please anyone but myself. GGRetro Rich said:

Well, everyobody has one.... but here in CA if you run blue lights they will make you remove them. A friend had blue LEDs under his tank and after a couple stops he figured it was easier to leave them off and not get hassled. It was bad to be out riding with others and have to stop because he gets pulled over.

Yeah it's the same here. As long as no BLUE anywhere or RED on the front of the bike, We have very little trouble with Five-O. Of course this is our Police, Fire, EMS colors and should not be compromised anyway.GGmscales said:

It was bad to be out riding with others and have to stop because he gets pulled over." im in ca and i think ill chance the 5,0...but im getting lizard lights installed with 8 shades, so i hope this will let me get away with a little more...blue and red are included...also pink yallow orange and green..

I've got red LEDs installed on my C and I've had no problems. They do increase my visibility from the side and look cool!

Ive got lizzard lights on my bike. I Like them and I think they help me be seen. I think I may be the only one around here who has them. HD Heaven here so I got to raise some Hell on my Honda. I really think its up to you.

No, you misunderstand, I am not worried about what others think, I could not give two squirts of duck ...... you know. I just wanted to start a thread and get a feel of what everyone else in the forum thought. Personally I like them and I would like to put them on my bike. (Among many thousands of dollars of other things.)

Bart> i'm sure you could "gay it up" and make your bike look like a disco on wheels. However, I think that lights look good. I have red LEDs under my tank and inside my hypercharger. I've seen a few gold wings with enough lights on them that they can probably be seen clearly from Mars, however, and to me, that just looks like ass. There's doing lights, and theres doing lights to overkill. The line, while not something i can readily define, is pretty easy to spot when its been crossed.

Ibi.....Do you really think you can make a VTX look that gay? I'm not sure, but I guess someone could if they tried. :harder: All that cool chrome and the great lines would be a shame to make a "Disco on wheels." :spank:

I think they look great and intend to put them on for next season. I'm going to use the 8 pack. If you buy the 4 pack you have to buy extenders to add 2 more. It's about the same price anyway. Most states will not allow you to have them blinking while you ride, and some have already told you certain states limit the colors. There are 7 colors on the lizard lights.
