pretty much full synthetic. I phone up my dealer (Genuine honda dealership) today to get est. price on their "Honda" Oil, to my surprise they only sell Castrol act-evo. Still reading up a bit on this oil

so today I've changed to Castrol Act>Evo 4T 10W40. Seemed like first-Second clunk might sound softer.. maybe...hmmm. Seems to start easier. Will keep u updated.
