Do not take this as gospel or certainty but I do not think there is a difference. The T model is just an R model with factory bags and windscreen. An S model is just an R model with spoke wheels. The frame, exhaust, and exhaust mounting brackets are the same for the R, S, and T models. I am unaware of any difference from years 2005 to 2008 but this is possible. I would look on a parts website and see if the part numbers for these two models/years are the same for the exhaust and exhaust bracket.

This is correct between models (R/S/T), but note the 2008+ R/S/T have a different exhaust, and mounting bracket (by the rear wheel) than the pre-2008 models. Both exhausts will fit all 1300 R/S/T models, you just have to match the exhaust and bracket.

I have a 2009 with a Roadhouse exhaust, I had to get a pre-2008 bracket to get it to fit (the company closed in 2008 and never redesigned the exhaust).

Another option is to carefully measure and custom make a new bracket.
