I purchased my 2007 1300C three years back and have always figured the fork springs were stock. When I needed to upgrade my steering bearings, I thought I would upgrade the fork springs as well. When I pulled the old ones out, they didn't look that much different from the new ones. I was expecting a bigger difference. Does it look like I may have already had progressive springs on the bike?

What do you think?
(I hope the picture is not upside down, it looks good in the preview)

The new spring looks to have a tighter coil on the left end.
The Progressive spring will be the same length. They just have a different compression strengths (ratios)
