I want to replace my stock turn signals up front with the kury small silver bullet signals and these lights either have one wire or three, my stock harness only has a power and a ground, does anyone know how i should wire this up to make sure i get the running and turn signal functions up front?

You should have 3 wires going to the front turn's.
The left and right turn's use the same ground. A double connector inside the head light.
This is the ones you need:
1645 Small Amber; Run-Turn Dual Function (pr)
or LED
1648 Small Amber; Run-Turn Dual Function (pr)

I just did this very same mod but put mine on my light bar. Once you open the headlight you will see the turn signal connections. If I remember correctly the turn signal wires are:

Left - Orange, Orange/White

Right - Blue and Blue/White

Green for the common ground.
