I have a 2006 vtx1300c I have rebuilt the carburetor 3 times now has all new internal parts. When I turn the fuel on and start the bike it runs roughly and fuel pours out of the little hole on the left side of where the intake mounts, any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. im at a loss

Either your float is sticking open, not adjusted to proper level, or bad needle or crud on the needle seat.

Yup,,,sounds like float issues. Seat? Needle? Tab on float? Pin to tight?

What ended up being your problem?
Gas coming out of the vent tube top of carburetor and out of that same weep hole into the airbox it backfired even caught fire.
