Your best bet is going to be eBay. They pop up on there every now and then. Some models are still available from Honda, but they want a lot for them.

If your tank is fine then why don't you paint it?

all 1300's share the samw fuel tank. Much different from the 1800's.
Saw some of each on evil-bay last night. But their prices are borderline stupid high these days.
