Guys i tried the darkside bf goodrich 185/60/15, rode ok especially since i was on a dunny with 11000 miles on it before i switched. i just couldnt stand the od being off about 12mph at 50mph. last time my wife rode with me the muffler bracket dragged (due to the lower profile of the c/t) while pulling into our subdivision. (scared me and my wife:eek:) the ride was pretty good overall so dont think i am against the darkside i just picked the wrong tire and couldnt find anyone to mount a new c/t on the wheel. the guy who mounted it the last time refused this time because he had such a hard time last time. so i went to the metz on front and back and the bike handles like a brand new bike. ( i was going to say like a sports bike but you all would have me :nono:admitted). i am happy with my descision so that not debatable. i just thought i would give a report on my experience. i will try again some day but for now i will go with the m/t tncruzer1300

i agree with you completely, i needed the tire changed quickly because me and kim are going for a ride and didnt want to get on the twistys and possible have a accident. like i said i liked the ride ok but to me the bike seems to be more nimble with the metz. i will go back to the darkside next tire change. and it will be a 205/70/15.

yea bass i recall you telling me that when i first went darkside but i already had the tire. i really liked the way i set in the saddle with the bike lowered with the smaller tire but couldnt handle the milage loss.
