Hello All. i need some help. I have a VTX 1300c. I have the stock drag bars. Well my arms are a bit short and the reach is a little uncomroftable. I was looking for something a little more layed back and relaxed. Something like elk antlers.
Thanks BK

We have had alot of discussion on this the last few days. I too have a 1300C with the same bars. If you look at the post on the risers they have some web sites on the riser we need for our bars. Also I am checking into having a spool riser made to see what the cost of that is. If it works out I will let everyone know, I should have a price on it by saturday.

Hey whitedime, bars look great. I also dig that seat. i like the finish look it gives with the tank. I have a stock seat and it just doesn't look clean comming off the tank.

Just and FYI
I am having some extensions made for the drag bars on my 1300C. I want to raise them 2" and bring them back as well about 1.75" I hope that this will help my back problem. I did not like the look of the block ones that I found so these are two individual pieces to match the bars. If they work I will let you know. THey should be in next week

I test drove both the C and S models (same handle bars as the R) before I settled on the VTX 1300S. There is no comparison. The S/R handlebars are swept back (retro) and much more comfortable than the C version. I could tell as soon as I pulled out of the store for the test ride.
