A little more than that....
Here is what is included copied from his website.
One of the sickest modifications you can do to your bike! We take stock lowers and machine the ends down to accept the flush mount cans. The cans are secured to the lower legs with our exclusive mounting system. Endcaps are then attached to the can completing the smooth seamless look. This kit also includes a new axle, axle bolt, chrome axle spacers and pinch bolts.
