I mounted my switch just below the or just above the VTX sticker. Can't remember which and I'm at work (bike's not here). Either way, centered. Good luck!Bob F. said:Thanks, will get bar next week and start install, does not look to hard, any thoughts on aiming spots. Thanks again.
It will change the way the wind comes around the front of the bike. In the comment I was talking about the Show Chrome lightbar that cronicdrummer has. It is a little wider and twice as thick as the Hondaline Bar. To what affect it will change the wind on yours, I don't know. I've never owned a Hondaline Lightbar or the Windshield you have. I just sat on my bike and shined the lights at the garage door from about 30 feet away and aimed them. You can switch from low to high beam and adjust the spots somewhere in between the two. Then take it for a ride and see how they work.Bob F. said:Hdl. light bar will be here tues. is there a easy/right way to aim spots. Also Green ghost you said in other post that bar will change wind around shield,I have a switchblade shield, I was thinking about lowers also.Light bar install doesent look to hard.
