Honest and Good Advice

The basic riders course is a requirement to ride on a military base. Although not strictly enforced, the course or more training is supposed to occur annually. I had to take the experienced riders course to renew my decals after I renewed my I.D. card (and I'm a civilian). The E.R.C. did nothing for reducing my insurance but they said if I can take the instructor course, I would get an additional discount.
