How good is the ground, a bad ground can do it- power coat paint or rust. Check at the connector off the horn - one is ground and the other is Pos 12v threw the horn button/switch.

Horn Problems
So I need to get my inspection sticker and it requires a working horn..
When I pressed the horn button I got this very very weak clicky like beep, i figured the horn was bad because it's exposed to the elements and pretty worn out.. ordered a 15 dollar replacement horn, installed it... exact same problem with the new horn.
My immediate thought was the connections but if it's making the weak clicky beep noise it must be getting power?
