BEFORE....you do any of what Nate suggested....Fully charge that battery, THEN take it to Napa or a parts store that will do a 100 amp automotive, not motorcycle, LOAD test! Yours would not be the first new battery, by a long shot, to be a P.O.S.! Especially if it is NOT a Yuasa! Yeah you might pay more for the Yuasa, but it has been proven time and again with Honda, some things you are better off with OEM parts. You could have a weak cell or three, show 12v, and it won't make the 1800 electrics work. Also check all fuses. I recommend replacing ALL of them with the EZ-ID kind that light up when they pop. Makes trouble-shooting soooo much easier! Not much more $ than standard fuses. A nice box of various sizes can be bought for ~ $30. 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30amp.
