At $115 they arent bad.. The only thing I had issue with was it looks like a Mercedes rear end..

The other options are JCWhitney "Universal" and http://www.tsukayu.com/ - They're like.. $650 or something... And http://www.mutazu.com/ at $110.

If I was going to go the Trunk Route, I would go with Mutazu hard bags and a mutazu trunk.. I never did think "Leather" saddlebags looked right with a trunk.. but the more I travel, the more I see the benefit of a trunk, even tho I dont run 2up much.

The VIP bags look very similar to the ones a coworker of mine has. He bought his off ebay and says he paid around $300 for the trunk and saddle bags. He says it's a universal kit that he bought and he mounted it on a Suzuki M50. Personnaly, it looked like cheap plastic parts (the stuff he bought) but he says it has held up ok for him. I don't see him ride very often and he doesn't have a lot of miles on the bike for what that's worth. Again, I'm not sure if the bags he has are the same though.

I currently have a 'soft' bag mounted on the carrier. I find the zippers sometime anoying and they fade. The trunk at Mutazu I believe is the same. It has the exact VIP logo in the same location. Are you saying that you feel Mutazu may be a better choice for ordering? Thanks for the reply.
