got my new shocks.......progressive 440's.........put them on last night and went for a ride today........very nice...they absorb the defects in the road, not accentuate them!!!! I need to play with the setting, but went for a short ride and am very pleased with my choice.........when I did remove the old ones...progressive 412's....they were filthy and some of the bushings were messed up........I do believe that one of them broke a seal and leaked......so I'm not sure about giving them away.....might cost as much to fix them as to buy a new set........

How do you determine which Progressive shock is best. I looked at the website. It confused the hell out of me. I just need a basic guide line because I am getting mine over the winter months and putting them on.

Nice. Been wondering if the 440s were that much better than the 412s. Still debating on 440s vs airride.
