After enjoying a 2003 VTX 1300 for 2 years and then jumping to the big boy 1800N for I think 7-8 years now
I have made the move to Indian. 2016 Springfield.
The cafe has been my home and actually was the start to my distance riding by going to my first Tech session in Ohio from Toronto Canada about 9 years ago to meet a fantastic group of friends who i have done some great trips with and learned a lot about bikes.
I certainly hope that the Indian group is half as warm and helpfull as the Cafe has been.

not leaving here and will keep lurking around

i had been looking at 2 a black one and red for over a month at the same dealer. last week I was there last wednesday and hummed and hawd and thursday and friday. Called a buddy saturday am to see if he was going to the biggest motorcycle show (dealers and others selling everything) he said cant go and I told hime about the 2 bikes and that i could not decide which color to go for, told him if 1 sold i would happily take the othere. He told me when he bought his Springer from them that he was sorry he did not go with the red. Went to the show saw a couple about $2000.00 more than what i was looking at.
went back to dealer and owner said red sold and black had a conditional offer i would have to speak to the sales manager who told me hang tight for about 10 min and he would have an answer.
in walks my buddy and he said he bought the red. Man i was pissed and cussed him out and told him now i might not have either. hesaid he felt bad and did not know there was an offer on the other.
so i sit and wait and wait and finaly my buddy taps me on the shoulder and said GOTTCHA. I thought i would throttle him. He called the dealer ans daid to tell me both were sold and to call him when i got there.

and thats my story and im sticking with it. Now the fun begins to do the extras I want ( Trunk, drivers Back rest, Cigar lighter and of course music

She's a beauty! (y) When I bought my Victory, I told my wife I would sell the VTX to recoup some of the cost, but here we are 6 years later and it's still in the garage. It's a little cramped for space in there, but I just can't bring myself to sell it.

I have two friends who ride Indian Roadmaster bikes. They like them a lot. Welcome to the world of Polaris. I've been a resident of that world for a number of years now although my bikes are Victory brand not Indian. I got the precursor bikes while you got the final version :)
