Kuryakyn Driver Backrest question
OK, I have seen this question in older forums, and I am hoping that SOMEONE has found the answer.
I am wanting to add a Driver Backrest to my 2006 VTX1800R Spec 2. As many have done, I swapped out my seats for the Mustang driver/passenger seats. I did NOT get the seats with the removeable driver backrest, but now want to add one (non-removeable is fine). I have kind of settled on the Kuryakyn Driver Backrest as the only option. I have also added an aftermarket passenger backrest and luggage rack.
It LOOKS like the Kuryakyn Driver Backrest will fit my bike even with the Mustang seats, but the luggage rack mount may be in the way as it is the type that attaches to the rail behind the saddlebags...
If anyone has any experience with this, please post input, pics, suggestions, etc.
