After much work and modifications I've finally got my Leatherlykes mounted!! I want to thank Epi for his unused brackets that I first modified, then used as a template to have new rails created for my bike.... now pic's

looks good. Which ones are those--I'm looking for some new to me bags and size reference is always good.

Did you use ez brackets??

I have the same bags and I like what you've done, so now you got me thinking...
I never have liked how high they sit, but it didn't bother me enough to change them, but after seeing your pictures....:hmm2:
So, what size flat bar did you end up using? and how much did you move them?
I'm thinking I'd like to move mine down about 1.5" and back about the same..

I'm thinking I'd like to move mine down about 1.5" and back about the same..
Ill checkbthe stock, but its either 1/8 or 1/4 stock. I actually moved the front hole up 1.5 inches. I bought the "r" model because I love the fenders, that's why I moved the bags up and forward was to have fender showing. I only moved the front hole up. I left the rear alone. It gave me another inch of clearance about the pipes also!
