I have already installed an led headlight. It is awesome. I am thinking I would like to change all of my lights to led. Can the bulbs just be changed or does it require resistors and such?

Yes. Seriously, you can do it either way, depends on YOUR research. Some bulbs need to use a special LED flasher to slow the blinkers down Some bulbs are dual filament meaning one color for normal running, a diff. color for flashing. many variables. Do your reading on the subject.

I dont know the 1800, but for any bike that can use a zero (no) load blinker relay, it is better than using resistors. The main benefit to using LEDs is to reduce electrical load, adding resistor or using LEDs with built in resistors takes this benefit away.

Just as important is an led does not create heat
