100,000 miles, 86,000 of those are mine after I bought this bike back in 2010.
The cute thing about this milestone is that it happened EXACTLY at the Colorado Wyoming border, a border I crossed many times before. I hope to make it till 200,000; I bet the bike has a better chance than me to making it.
With apologies for the dirty windshield.

That's awesome. That's a great achievement. Most people don't ride that many miles on a bike in their lifetime. They own one but really don't get to experience the road. I've been putting ten plus thousand a year on three wheels now looking to do that on two.

Congratulation....

I am working on my second Honda to go over 100,000 miles..
1983 Goldwing to 149,000 miles from New
2005 VTX1800F @ 92,500 miles from New.
when I purchase the VTX, I knew it would be my last motorcycle, getting to crippled up.

other 2) Goldwings I rode over 60,000 miles each from NEW.

for a total of 394,000 motorcycle miles since 1969,, no skipped years of riding

few motorcyclists ever total ride over 100,000 miles
reason so many VTX's are for sale with less then 10,000 miles over 15+ years.

Congrats, Henk. Many more miles for you! I'll never see that. Like Silver said, the spirit is willing but the body is weak and getting frail-er.

I got 70,000 miles on my 2005. Starting to wonder how many more miles I can go.

I started riding in 2006 at 48 years old. My local dealer smartly encouraged me to buy a VTX1300 instead of something smaller. I never thought I'd ride 1,000 miles on a motorcycle, BUT I liked it. I just crossed 41k on the same '06 C this weekend, have taken a pic at each 10k mark on the VTX (there was 6k on a '99 Valk and about 3,200 on others in these years). I plan to retire early Dec 2020 and do a LOT of riding. So good to hear of the 100k stories. The VTX family is a healthy legacy. Congrats and hopes for many more.

Nice! Congrats on the milestone! I know of a few who ride that much. I got my VTX brand spankin' new in 2007, and just passed the 60K mark a couple weeks ago coming back from the WV Ride. The old girl is strong. Me, I am 63, and still have life in me to ride, so I'll possibly pass that 100K mark. Only time will tell!
I definitely need to retire soon so I can get serious seat time in!
