From what I can see on cruisercustomizing.com this is the plan version. The studded version is #M-79300

After the seat the backrest is one of the best options for the rider. Much more comfortable on the long runs that just a seat. It takes a totally different passenger seat to work with the backrest.

Thats something i did not think about when buying mustang seat. I dont think i can add more of a backrest to mine..

That's what I thought too so I took mine in and had it done while I watched. She made 2 small cuts were the prongs go in and the took a small screwdriver and bent the prongs. I had premeasured the distance between studs and she was done in no time. It was only $20 but I sure could have done that myself.
