not to change anything here but mine has a good fuse. this just periodically my 1300 when the start button is pressed the lights just go dim and sometimes she just fire up. Very unpredictable.
Haven't riden for a while du to this.

Have you cleaned/lubed your starter switch?

It looks like a closed cover switch.
