i just go my new Cobra slash cut and will probably run them without the resonators. Is it necessary to Re-jet the bike or can i run it with the factory A/F setting.

As long as you arent opening up your air you should be ok.

No rejet needed as long as the airfilter isn't changed or modified for more air intake.
