I have a pair of brand new standard rate (210/250 lbs) Progressive shock springs, not complete shocks, in black powdercoat. I bought these for 412 series, standard length (12") shocks, but they may fit other lengths/models. PM me with questions. Will fit any model VTX1300/1800 except "C" models.

I also have the Progressive shock spring compressor, part number 32-5508, which is really handy for installing the springs. These springs are REALLY stiff, so you'll need a tool of some kind to install them. It was used once. Retail is about $35.00, it's yours for an additional $20.
