I am new to the site, and learning something about navigation of the space. Already, I have found a lot of interesting, and hopefully valueable information here. Just purchased a VTX1300S Motor Trike conversion about a month ago, and learning about the bike/trike each day. It had only 5700 miles on the odometer.
Found the link to the service manual, now looking for the operators or owners manual. The bike is a 2006 1300s. Having some weird rattling and vibration an lower speeds, which will disappear for a second if the handlebars are moved just slightly. Only occurs when road slants to the right. Also, I can shift my body weight (which is about 165 pounds) to the left, and the vibration and rattling ceases as well. Seems to bo OK at higher speeds, but, I don't like sounding like a chuck wagon around town.
Had the trike conversion looked at by a local Motortrike dealer, he found no problems, just a loose bolt on the underside there.
Any trike-sters out there would welcome your suggestions.
Hoping to link up with other riders for info and ideas.

Welcome to the cafe from Florida. Go thru the whole bike seeing if the bolts are tight. Were your neck bearings changed yet? The 1300 has some vibration problems from these bearings. There isn't much to rattle on my trike kit but I still check it out about every 3 rides.

no help on that here, but someone will have your answer - here's a shout out from Calgary, Alberta - may you ride with the wind at your back, the sun overhead and the road endlessly winding.

Welcome.
Neck bearings was my first thought also. If you can jack the front end off the ground, grab the front wheel and try and wiggle it front to back to see if there is any play.
