Well like the title says, I am a newer member to the forum.

I bought a brand new 1300 C about a month ago now. Only have put on about 400 miles so far.

A little back ground on the bike. The bike was found in its original crate in a warehouse 2 years after a dealership went out of business. The dealership I bought it from bought it super cheap and passed the discount on the me the buyer. Came with a 3 year warranty, but from what I have heard I wont, and shouldn't need to use it.

I have added Viking bags (which need some adjusting to make them look better)
Also picked up a Memphis windshield off Craigslist (not a mark on it)
Today I hole sawed the resonator out of the exhaust, what a difference.

So now for the pictures, and look forward to riding with you guys soon.

First one was when it was on the dealerships floor.

Very nice ride. congrats! I have the same set up but an 08. I really like those bags, looking to get some myself. Were they difficult to install, and how do you like the quality. Thanks and congrats once again. Cheers!

The bags are decent quality. Shipping only took a 7 actual days to deliver. The mounting hardware supplied is a joke.
- The brackets move the bags way to far away from the bike.
- The bolts provided are the cheapest bolts ever made
- They provide you with (4) 8mm-1.25 x 70mm to replace the rear bolts, only need (2)
- They provide you with (4) 10mm-1.5 x 70mm to replace the middle ones, but they are 10mm-1.25. (so you will need to buy those)

I did not like the mounting hardware, so I just got my own.

I will grab some pictures of how I mounted mine, and what hardware.
All in all I spent $16 on the hardware and gonna give away the universal mounts that came with the bags.

I only wish the bags were deeper, but they can still hold half helmet. and all my gear.

Welcome to the family... I am still pretty new here myself, but I can tell you that this is the place to go for ANYTHING. The people here are awsome and always ready to lend a helping hand. As for the bike, all I can say is wow! While I am not a fan of red, that is a beautiful machine my friend. Again welcome and ride safe
