Listen Up folks, We have a crises here. There is a major issue that some of us know about. There are VTXs out there sitting up high off the ground not being used. Owners are screaming in agony "WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY can't I ride and the Florida people can". You could only stop and wonder, what did that VTX ever do to deserve a location that causes "NoNriderItis"

NonrideItis is a condition in which the owner neglects the VTX from roaming the streets proudly.

This is a serious condition. This is not a laughing matter. People please dig deep in to your hearts and support the program. Only you could decide to adopt some Snow blowers X. You could cure NoNriderItis. You could ride it, wash it, mod it, or just give it the attention it needs and is lacking during the winter times.

Don't think of this as your only helping the X from this awful situation, but also remember your helping a snow blower owner , make him happy that his X is getting the Care it needs.

Go out there and contact an X today. There waiting...............

Yes, I saw that there was another Term for it... This is a program to treat both PMS and NoNriderItis..... Also deals with the owner!

If you can get the X to the AutoTrain station in Lorton, VA .. BuYa and I will be in Sanford every Monday, Wednesday & Friday to wait for it's arrival. It will be cared for, fed, bathed, may even go to the beach ... it all depends. We'll send regular updates on mileage and performance and we'll take loads of pictures so you can see just how much fun your X is having. They'll be 24 hour webcam viewing for your piece of mind.

Call for an appt today .. 1-888-WE-RIDE-FL

Please send the X and the cost of fuel for it's time with us.

Thank you and god bless.

Sorry to disappoint, but I'm riding my X in the Lorton, VA area - there is no ice on the roads right now....

Heck, if you can get your X to the Autotrain, call me and we'll ride somewhere (no need for FL) :bleh:

that's me, down to zero (nothing like use to leaving at 2am to ride 60 miles one way to work and it 8* outside)...hell, if guys here had posted pics of heated gear i wouldn't even know what it looks like...don't have to leave that early anymore, but i still ride and the only reason the last 3 bikes have had windshields is they came with it on there, and one of them i took it off lol...i am however thinking of getting a fairing since i have the bike i'm gonna keep for a while (may add another later, but keeping this one as it's set up the way i want it :))

couldn't agree more chphnd...normally it's not that cold here too often...i was watching discovery the other night and they showed something interesting about southern weather...every 10 or so years we get either a bad snow or ice storm (last one was 2000 that shut down raleigh with 24", then last year we got snow back to back for a total of around 19" between the 2 storms)...then it warms the following year until it gradually cools back down til we the big storm again...interesting to say the least, but pretty much true throughout my 43 years of history

The thing here is, my bike has been stored since the middle or so of Nov. Has there been days nice enough to ride? Yea there has, BUT the first heavy salt went on the road 2 months ago and they use a crapload of it around here. So for me it's not a matter of temps, no heated gear here either, but if I ride then my bike gets absolutely covered with that fine salt dust. Too much time and too much money invested to ride in that crap.

Now if I had a POS 2nd bike that I didn't have all that much invested in i'd still be riding.

One of many reasons this is my last winter in the north. Come summer I'm NC bound wear you can at least have an oppertunity to ride more than 7-8 months a year.

And just for the record I don't hold any bad feelings for our southern brothers. If they can ride year round more power to them. Ride on and Ride Safe.
