Looking for a few people to ride with in the Waukegan,Gurnee, Libertyville and surrounding areas to go ride Wisconsin country roads with Girlfriend and i. Early 50s here.

Good morning, still in the 30's this morning. But my husband and I, and our son would love to join this riding season. Once it warms up a bit more! We only live about 15 mins from you. So keep us in mind.

Hope this weather breaks soon and we get some more good temperatures again soon.

That would be great, the more the marrier! I will keep all your contacts and hopefully once SPRING really decides to come, we will get together and make some arrangements. Did anyone else have to clean ice and snow off their cars this morning, yuk! I'm done with winter. Let's ride. I was wondering if we should proceed with setting up a chapter for NE Illinois Riders? give me your feedback please. lower eastern wisconsin riders would be welcome also, im not gonna leave you out, you've got some nice backroads to ride! Thats great! I'll put you on the contact list. and I completely understand the busy days. My husband said we should work 3 days for the same pay as a full week, and the have 4 days off! yea not sure employers would go for that one. But we can dream. Cheers :cheers:

Not up there yet but I will be coming up to the North Chicago area some time in August, and hope to maybe meet up with a few of you there before the riding season closes out. I look forward to meeting with you all and of course riding down the road next to you.

Just picked up my bike a couple of weeks ago. I need to add a few accessories before I would be willing to make some trips, but someday!

Thanks for the welcome! This is technically my first street bike, I come from a dirt bike back ground. This a entire new learning experience. I am done working on my limited aftermarket truck and decided a big would be the next best thing to empty my bank account.

Well I got my windshield and bags on, Count me in on some rides!

Thanks, Mounting the bags was a pain in the arse, but I got it, still to add a small spacer to keep the bags from smacking the shock housing over bumps, but other than the small 1/4" of flex they have, they are pretty secure.
