I have a 1300 06 retro and just got some roadhouse pipes because I like the stock look and the sound. I was wondering what I can do to prevent them from blueing and what is a good chrome polish to use before I put them on, I was also thinking about a K&N air filter, any input would be appreciated.

The fat roadhouse slipons wont blue.
If they're new pipes, you really don't need to polish them....just wipe the fingerprints off with some windex and a soft cloth.

If they're used and you do need to polish them...plain old No. 7 polish works fine. Find it just about everywhere.
