Well, after yesterday dealing with HRCA, I have started looking for a reasonable company that has an annual paid plan. I have towing with my GMAC insurance, but for those times that my cash is low I want an alternative. I don't often carry alot of money when I go on rides so there has to be a service out there that is dependable to come to your aid 24/7. Anyone had any good experience?

Here's what I do, and yeah this isnt exactly addressing your main issue, but rather your comment about not carrying much with you when you ride.
I have a wallet that has a slide out piece for my license. It also holds a couple credit cards. When I ride, I slide that out and put it in the pocket of my riding jacket. It's small, thin, and still lets me carry a credit card, license, insurance card, etc. I almost never use cash, but i ALWAYS keep 3 $20 bills in that part of my wallet just in case there's some kind of emergency where I have to use cash.
