A seat for an 1800F can bolt onto an 1800C, but you'll have a fairly large and noticeable gap and weak point above the front of the rear fender at the back of the seat/ front of the passenger pillion area.
Vice versa (fitting an 1800C seat on an 1800F) will NOT bolt on.
