Hey,
I am looking at selling my 2006 1800R with 20,000 miles on it. I also have the woodys fairing on it with polk speakers, kury ergo engine guards, quick release bags, small cobra backrest, cobra passenger floorboards, and mustang seat. What is a fair price for this, or would you sell just the bike and sell the accessories separate? Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

The accessories wouldn't add to the value of the bike. You would do better to Ebay or Craigslist them and put the bike up stock. That assumes you would want to go through selling stuff.

Kelly blue book has values for motorcycles and even added accessories. Check that out to get an idea. That's where all the potential buys are going to look

The 7 rows of accessories are for the year. The furthest right is 2013 it drops a year every row

Its only worth what someone will pay for it. You have to be a salesman and point out all the extras in person.
Generally speaking the first couple of people to look at it will be your best bet to sell it. Then comes the tire kickers and lowballers with no money.
Good Luck with your sale.

Me three. Older low mileage 1800's seem to sell for about 4-5. Newer loaded 1800's (fairing, hard bags, after market seat, chrome) seem to get 6-7 in my estimation. If you can find one under 4, it's a steal of a deal and I'd be interested in another.....I have never seen even the most modded custom VTX sell for over 9 (even the guys who claim to have 30K in them :p)

Yeah I don't plan on paying more than 4 for a 1300. They seem to be all over the place in indianapolis, chicago, detroit, toledo, and milwaukee (my search radius) for a little over 4k.

And its still early august. they tend to fall in price by mid august-labor day.
