I'm trying to make momma happy and comfortable (mainly because i've found that if momma ain't happy, no one's happy) and I figure the more comfy I can make her, the more miles I can put on the bike. I know the seat is the #1 upgrade and i'm patiently waiting in line for my Bad X mod..I've heard hear and there people mention replacing the shocks..I"ve been playin with the stocks but I'm wondering just how much better it would be with after markets. I was also wondering if someone could suggest a good brand/set for me to start my research with? It will probably be a mod i'll do this winter, but you usually find the best deals when you aren't looking for them.

I think most of us with aftermarket shocks have the Progressive 412's standard, You will notice, imho, a huge differnce in the ride..They are much better than stock !! There will probably be a few to 2 nd that !! Hope this helps..BB..got mine from xtreme revolution over a year ago..180 or 190...just look around for a good price..Normallly they run around 225.00. Good luck BB :)

massive difference in the ride with the Progressive 412's and very easy to do......take the old ones off, put the new ones on..two bolts, each!!!!

I also have the Ultimate Big Boy and a high sissy bar
