Ok.. been reading a lot but no luck finding this:

Just want to make sure that everything goes in this order
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I am using the AllBall set which comes with seal, bearing and race

Lower TT
1. Dust seal
2. Bearing
and the race goes in the bottom of the neck

Upper TT
1. Race
2. Bearing
3. Dust seal

That's the one but I am told you will need something to seat the bearings otherwise you will have to take it to a mechanic.
