I've never taken the baffles out of the K2's but I have other HK's. What I always used was a hanger, but have gone in from the back before and tapped them out with a screw driver.

When I took them out of my big straights I had to get something in there that would allow me to put some tension on them, and then just wiggling them back and forth until they slid out.

yeah eman's right, just remove the bolts and what I did was used my hand to reach inside and just wiggled and twisted it loose... 3'' straights... just make sure you plug the hole where the bolt goes that holds the baffle in place so you don't leak through that hole.........

SB, good luck with the surgery! How long will you be layed up? I know you will miss your baby.
I'll be down for the month of July (laminectomy), but I won't miss too much riding because the summer is rainy season in Florida. Oddly, I have no back pain while riding, but once I get off the bike and start walking around, that;s where the problem starts. Hopefully I'll be able to throw my Vicodins in the trash after the surgery.
I'll have my laptop next to the bed, so I'll still be online.
