:nope:Reminds me of the driving I saw in Turkey and Taiwan. The bigger the vehicle, the more right of way they had. Heard of a bus/motorcycle wreck on the mountain overlooking Taipei, Taiwan. Two guys on a "ring/ding/ding" moped were cuttin in/out of traffic. Pulled in between two big city buses. Only problem was the front bus was pullin the other bus and there was a big chain between them. The front driver felt a big bump and slammmed on the brakes. Had to scrap the guys and moped off the buses. Happened all the time over there.

:banghead: For me, driving on the wrong side of the road in England took some gettin used to. Driving in Germany was pretty easy, just stay out of the hammer lane as much as possible and you're good. If you saw lights flashin from a mile back, you better get over cause a Porche or something was haulin the mail :D

Looks like they operate by the basic rule of nautical law: The big boat has the right of way!!

Reminds me of Karachi Pakistan with only 1/2 the traffic. It's not as bad as it seems and the bikes are all 70cc to 125cc. Got to ride on the back of one of those the last trip there though we were outside of the city. Safer driving there than here as I never saw an accident while we were there.

I've been to India several times and the traffic in that video is pretty light for some of the bigger cities. Its an art form over there, not something for westerners, I always had drivers when I was there. Every time I sit in the back thinking the law of physics doesn't apply here, two objects of mass CAN occupy the same space :)

its all about give and take....normally people dont get pissed about my lane or he cut me off...etc. they are pretty considerate, like if they are driving slow, they will get out of your way or tell you when you can cross them.....

its pretty neat, they communicate with you using their signals. when i was vising there....going from one city to another, when you over took someone, you had to go into on coming traffic...as we would pull up behind a bus, the guy would signal left (keep in mind they drive on the opposite site there) telling you to stay, dont cross. soon, you would see a vehicle going the other way pass by you....when the coast is clear, he would signal you right...mean cross me now. now lets say we come up behind a car that behind another car, if the car ahead signals you left, it means, dont cross, i am going to cross first....
