You know when you have a friend with a problem...but you're too good a friend to bring it up? So you just overlook that flaw in the name of friendship and just live with it. (Ususally giving the person a nickname behind the back like 'schtinky' or 'damp'.)

Well, I knew about the problem and did something about it.

The motorcycle no longer backfires under deceleration. I removed some tubeage those weekend that's not strictly necessary in Colorado, seeing as how we don't have a sniff test for motorcycles.

I still smell though. Deal with it.

The hard part was dealing with the two rounded off screws on the airbox...some Goons just shouldn't be given tools.
