I agree.
My dad just got his second ankle replacement told him same thing.

I was playing Pickleball saturday and between points was just walking towards the net and my Achillies tendon tore up by the calf.
For now we aer non weight bearing for a few weeks and no flexing the foot up and down as it stretches the tendon I hope in 2 months I can go down to a ankle brace
