Definitely different. He sounds like the potential buyer should be grateful for his artistic prowess and that he's taking his precious time to sell it.

What's that thing on the left side of the rear wheel?

i like it but hte guy sounds like an a$$ from what he says.. and i'm not positive maybe he changed the front end and tank but isn't that a 1300??

2 very easy ways to differentiate a 1300 from 1800. Clutch cover- 1300- 5 bolts. 1800- 7 bolts. Also, spark plug covers have 2 bolts on 1800's and 13's are smooth. Many other ways to tell but those are 2 obvious from 1st photo.

Nope, not a 1300...Inverted forks, timing cover, and spark plug covers are all VTX 1800...

This sentence cracks me up....

Title in hand (rebuild). Don't let the title status fool you, this bike is in great condition & I know what I have.

Yeah I know what you have also...An ugly rebuilt/wrecked VTX...

That is actually what I was going to say as well, salvaged title. At most the value is in the 2,000-2,500 range from where I am sitting. I was never a "Rat Bike" type either so, It is not my style. Add the punk azz trying to sell it and I think I would rip him up a few. It looks like the work was solid, just the attitude I would stay away from.
