Heat kills 1/4 mile times along with altitude, the usual figure for weights is every 100 lbs you take off a machine equals 1/10 second faster. I doubt you weigh enough to spare that may pounds. Did you drop the sair pressure out of the rear tire? Lower pressure is only good at the drags, the tire gets fatter off the launch increasing traction and it expands and gets taller as heat is generated. A trip to the dyno to make sure the bike is getting everything out of it when it;s needed would do wonders too. That all being said those were some respectable times you put on the board. Reaction times were fine, you won't get better without a heck of a lot of practice with a Xmas tree light. There's a normal lag between our eyes, brain and body that needs practice, practice, practice to speed up. Unless you're going to do this all the time you are doing fine. Lastly 95hp isn't what the bike really has, they take that figure before they start adding runnng gear to it.
