I see them all the time here in the Utah classifieds. For cheap too around 4-5 grand. Some nicer for up to 8 grand.

Was looking for a Valkyrie when I bought the X brand new....Still want a Valk, but won't be trading my X for one though...

I can't think of any members that have a Valk. As said though, lots of us would like to get one.

of course the valk guys say that a valk is superior to the vtx 1800 I have never experienced one have any of you?what did you think of it?thnks.

I have ridden one, and they are sweet, I just can't trade a 2007 vtx for a 1999 bike. If they make another new one, it willl be tough not to buy one.

The Valk and 1800 are different rides entirely.
The Valk is a bulletproof long range cruiser with endless torque made until 2003. Many go trouble free for 200K miles and are legendary for their maneuverability.
The VTX1800 is a bulletproof rocket that can cruise just fine but lacks the comfort and uniqueness of the 6 carb beast.
