Tubes in a tubeless tire will not cause an issue. If your up for the challange there is a mod for sealing spoked rims so you can do away with the tube altogether.
Tubes in tubeless tires
I recently put on new tires, I have a 1300S with spokes wheels so I have tubes in my tires. The tires I bought are tubless tires and I did not catch it until the tires were mounted. The mounting process was such an evolution I left them on. Is there a downfall to this?
