i have a friend who is making embroidered patches and can put them on hats...
fitted, standard, patch on front, patch on rear, just patch, etc.
the cost is $20 per hat. just the patch will be $10.
she can also do backrests for bikes...i will post a picture when she is finished with mine.

these are just samples. the finished product will look much better.
she can also sew them onto leather jackets, vests, etc.

pretty sure she can do either or...i am getting a couple made to give as door prizes for the ride, but told her i think a few people would probably buy them...especially at the cost she wants for them. i sent you a message on facebook with the ordering info.
