Welcome...I'm in Buffalo grove. Sort of neighbors. Where abouts in AH are you at. I'm near Dundee and BG Rd. Hopefully we can get out next year.

BG-Pete... I'm at rand road and Euclid. Right near Randhurst. I'd love to get out and ride anytime! If you find yourself wanting to ride and you might want some company, give me a shout. I'm always willing to go, even if its just to the store.

Hi bluesub00...I'm happy to meet a fellow rider who's somewhat close to me. Would like to meet you and when the weather starts cooperating, would go for a ride with you sometime. This summer, I'll be riding to Sturgis with my son and 2 friends.
We Illinois riders really need to get together for a M&G sometime. hmmm.... I wil have to put some thought into it, maybe I can host a couple of days. If anyone is ever riding the river road, or somewhere around the springfield or decatur areas, drop me a line, if I can find the time I would gladly join you.

It would seem there are a lot of us VTX riders in the NW Suburbs (AH, BG, Schaumburg, Palatine, etc.) and it would be a shame not to get together for a days ride out to Starved Rock or some other location. I for one am ready to go as soon as the weather starts to warm up :choppersm

The state and regional pages on the VTX Cafe have not been very popular for many years and maybe were never particularly popular. The various meet and greets, tech sessions, organized rides, etc. are generally posted in non-regional specific sub-forums because you never know who they will attract. We have had Canucks, Carolina folks, and Californians at the annual West Virginia ride, for example.
