Recently acquired a VTX1300C. I've ordered Gosheen's plates to remove the PAIR system. I'm prepping for when they arrive and found this when I removed the hose from the rear cover...
Ok, I feel really stupid. But what am I looking at? I'm asking because I bought a 2008 2 days ago and have those new born fears and want to run out and check mine.
The picture is of the rear PAIR valve cover once the hose is removed.
Checkout the threads concerning the process to block the PAIR system as it is a source of the vtx backfire and decel popping.
I shared the picture because I was shocked by the debris inside that cover.
