Naples resident Chuck Aylsworth said he credits a motorcycle helmet for saving his life back in 1986. At the time, he was stationed in North Carolina as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. While pulling out of a parking lot, he was struck by a car and flung onto a four-lane highway.
